Tariffs and Customs:

All product prices displayed on MDreams.com do not include customs duties and other taxes. Goods that arrive at the country of shipment may be subject to customs duties and surcharges, which are borne by the recipient. In view of the differences in tariff regulations in different countries, for details, please check with your local customs before purchasing.

Customer Notice

1. All orders placed on MDreams.com are ultimately settled in Hong Kong dollars.
2. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
3. Hong Kong based customers may choose to use SF Stations or smart cabinets to collect their goods. Please fill in the relevant SF station or smart cabinet code and address on the delivery address for arrangement.
4. After goods are shipped, a confirmation email will be issued to the customer for parcel tracking.
5. Shoe boxes may be subject to damage during transit.
6. Any customer requests for MDreams.com to place an item(s) unattended without a signature, MDreams.com will not be held responsible for any loss/damages as a result.
7. MDreams.com has the final decision to retain or change the free shipping terms.
8. We reserve the right to choose the courier company and shipping method according to the delivery area(s), while retaining the right to consolidate the same customer orders.

Return Policy

RETURN SHIPPING: The customer is responsible for the RETURN Shipping fee.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund upon the conditions outlined.

MDreams.com returns will be accepted up to 30 days from purchase date. The item must be returned in original, unused condition, in its original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.

Items purchased at other e-Commerce platforms or MDreams retail stores other than MDreams.com may not be returned to here and we advise you to contact the retailer of purchase. 

No returns can be made on OUTLET items.

Shipping fee and duty tax (if applicable) will not be refunded.

How to return an Item

Repack the item(s) you wish to return securely in the original packaging and send back to MDreams (address details below)

Please e-mail to cs@mdreams.com and provide your Order number and a return tracking number.

If you use a carrier of your choice, we recommend that returns be shipped by an insured and traceable method. Otherwise, we cannot confirm the receipt and will not be responsible for the return order.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Ordering and Payment terms for online

All items are priced in Hong Kong dollars, and all final transactions will be placed in Hong Kong dollars. We accept the following credit cards and the following payment methods:

VISA, MasterCard, China UnionPay, Alipay, PayPal, Apple pay and Google pay

For International Customers, your credit card will be billed in HONG KONG dollars and your card company will convert the charges for you in accordance with the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing the transaction.

Our prices do not include relevant overseas duties or other custom charges that may be incurred and are beyond our control. You confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit card to use it.

All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit card refuses to authorize payment to MDreams Online LTD we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

For all the orders, you are required to make the payment online. Will the goods I purchase be taxed at the time of entry and customs?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by any additional duties and taxes that are levied.
